      If you are staying in Marrakech, please note the following pick-up arrangements depending on your location:

      • New Town (Gueliz, Hivernage, etc.):
        Pick-up is available from all hotels in this area. Your driver will meet you at the main entrance of your hotel at the scheduled time.
      • Medina (Old City):
        As many riads in the Medina are not accessible by minibus, pick-up will be arranged at the nearest accessible point to your accommodation. The exact meeting location will be shared with you after your booking is confirmed.
