      If you are staying in Marrakech, pick-up arrangements depend on your location:

      • New Town (Gueliz, Hivernage, etc.):
        Pick-up is available from all hotels. Your driver will meet you at the main entrance at the scheduled time.
      • Medina (Old City):
        As many riads are not accessible by minibus, pick-up will be arranged at the nearest accessible point. The exact meeting location will be shared after booking confirmation.
